Caution DB Electrical will not honor warranty

Installed this part on my Focus 03. The battery light stayed on. I took it to a mechanic who checked the system and told me the alternator was bad. I contacted the seller only to be told that the return period had expired. 2 months after purchase, the one-year warranty will not be honored. Beware of this seller.
