UPDATE: The seller (OnePlus) contacted me to give me a full refund. Valued. It makes me feel better about them as a seller. Unfortunately, I still think the spikes are really bad, but I have a higher opinion of the seller. - SERIOUSLY disappointed. I ordered M for women's shoes size 8.5. I liked the exchangeable studs, but they don't make up for the lightweight construction, rather thin and too elastic rubber. They wandered around my shoes and the heel spikes never came back far enough to merit the name heel spikes. I felt completely unsafe on the ice that is part of the Maine winter. Ordered stabilizers for exchange; I should have bought them beforehand.
