I received this product today. I've tried different humidifiers so far this winter with no success and was really hoping this slightly more expensive model would do the trick. Here are my impressions from the first few hours and I'll update this review over time as I have more insights. The device is easy to set up and pair with Bluetooth. Registering a guarantee is easy. It is very quiet and easy to fill. The display is bright, it is also clearly visible from the other side of the room. The app is user-friendly and intuitive, and I was able to easily set my target humidity. I love that I can rotate the nozzle to direct the mist in the direction I want. I like that night mode turns off the bright display. I like that it doesn't squeak at all. It seems easy to clean, although not as easy as some of the round devices I've tried. They were sent back because they beeped when they slept or didn't have enough active power to raise the humidity. I wish it had a round tank like this, but oh well. I don't think the hygrostat is very accurate according to my hygrometer, but that's to be expected. It depends on how far apart the readings are and how constant they are. The device so far says the humidity is 5-10% higher than what my hygrometer shows in the same room. For example, right now the base reads 40% and the hygrometer about 6 feet away reads 33%. This can cause problems as the instructions state that when the base reaches 50%, the automatic mode will turn off. So this can be a problem if, with the base off, there's a 10% or more discrepancy before the disk space actually hits the 40% minimum I'm aiming for. However, I have to give him a few more days. use before I can form a firm opinion. I'm also currently in my living room, which I expect to be different from my bedroom, which is much smaller and closed off from the rest of the house. I expect moisture to be collected more efficiently in the bedroom. If I need to turn on the unit in manual mode in the living room during the day to get it up to 40°C, that's fine as long as I can rely on auto mode in my bedroom while I'm sleeping and the humidity at 40° C hold. I will update this review when I see the device working under different circumstances. --------- I've had it running at night for a few nights now and am overall happy. It doesn't match my hygrometer, but it does match itself. That is, if I want the room to be 45%, I need to set the device to 55%. It works well in night mode and is quiet.
