I used this around my air conditioner and the techs thought it was tile at first. But the cutter I bought from Amazon was bad so it would have made perfect little bumps on one side. Some said they used scissors but I only had safety scissors. I also used it to highlight the drawers and the area above them. Less than a week later I even heated it with a hair dryer to smooth the edges and glue and it's peeling off. So it's not suitable for high-traffic or high-traffic areas. If you're just making a simple decor that you really aren't going to manipulate, fine, but anything else would be a failure. Actually it was in many youtube videos. But for $8 it was decent in looks but not in durability.
