I love my replacement ear pads, feel like new again.
I have had a Focus UC for over 3 years and I love it, it's the best headset in the business. Use it actively for business and private online conferences with Skype/Teams/Webex or via mobile devices. Over time my ear pads started to wear out and I was very distressed that I might have to give up my working Focus UC. I found the JM Prime with ear pads and bought them straight away. It arrived on time and well packaged. Installation was easy. It looks like new, just like the original headset. Many Thanks.
