I am writing this review specifically for the 9"x5" loaf pan.I have been baking loaves of bread for my family for years, and usually I use glass pans for that. Glass is great though it can be broken and it can be difficult to clean. I like Ninja cookware and decided to give this bread pan a shot. I am happy with it so far and likely will buy another one.I do have another metal pan of the same size but it's a different brand and the differences are noticeable. My old pan is probably a typical steel pan - lightweight, relatively thin, coated in some kind of nonstick material and it works decently. So, no issues with it. This Ninja pan is a horse of a different color. It has some real heft to it in comparison and feels a lot more sturdy. It has a nonstick coating on it as well that feels very slick to the fingers even when perfectly clean and dry, and when lightly oiled absolutely nothing sticks to it.I should state for the record that this coating is very definitely not Teflon. Teflon is a deal-breaker for me, and Ninja uses some other coating on its bakeware. So far it has not chipped, scratched or otherwise shown any defects at all.Bread bakes nicely in this pan and I couldn't be any happier. It competes well with my glass pans, though I do need to make minor adjustments to time and temperature when using this pan instead of my glass pans. And of course, it survives drops better than my glass pans do (did, in some cases).I really like this load pan and it will see plenty of use over time. I likely will buy a second one to go with it and scrap my glass pans.
