The platform has been very helpful in our business as it helps us know what we are doing wrong when we do not meet targets or goals set out for ourselves. It also allows me to see how my team members perform individually compared to other teams within the same organization. I have found this tool extremely useful especially during performance reviews where employees can be given feedback about areas they need improvement upon. There could definitely be more features included such as adding new users/employees which would make using cien easier than having to go through training each time you add another user. Also there should be an option for managers to give constructive criticism instead of just giving scores without any explanation behind them so people will actually take note before making changes needed if at all required.
