No tech help, the next level of setup complexity
If you are a small business, don't buy this printer. It's not an easy task to connect it to Dropbox, Outlook, an FTP file share or anything else! I work servers for a Fortune 100 company, but I'm not a networking guy. The support team will show you around, send you to registration and payment and redirect you. You will never get technical support. I also tried renting copies from Xerox but the sales rep never called. I don't know what happened to Xerox Corp, but their reputation has changed. I will use Brother printers again.
