First of all I would like to say that I like these lights, I bought two of them about 6-7 months ago. One for my kitchen and one for my bathroom. They just hold up well. My electricity bill hasn't increased one iota. Not sure if it's because these lights don't put out much light, it's more of a soft warm glow but it's still very effective for what I'm using it for. Basically, when I wake up at 3am to go to the bathroom or look in the fridge, I don't stub my toes on the coffee table or other furniture. Also helps me run the toilet when I'm half asleep and sleepy in the middle of the night. Anyway, I leave these bulbs on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the bulbs don't get hot, they're cold to the touch, and once again, they cost very little to run. I would recommend these flashlights to anyone who needs them. Very important.
