Hi folks! The broken insert in my chair was stuck deep in the chair frame and I first ordered a different brand insert for the same one. The day after ordering I re-measured the chair frame and figured I should order a Chromecraft insert instead. Getting the stuck insert out of the chair was quite difficult, but once it came out I was confident the Chromecraft insert was the right choice. a hammer.
