I have about seven surfboards including one for each of my four family members and a few extra that we take for my kids' friends. Out of all this one is the best in terms of value for money, and maybe not even close. First, the board is cheap. The current price of just under $200 is the best I've found for a SUP. My expectations weren't high, but to my surprise, neither this board nor its accessories skimped. The board is 11'6" long, which is 6" longer than most budget SUPs. This extra length adds stability and straightness. It's very durable, very stable, making it a great SUP for beginners or outdoor enthusiasts. It also has 3 fins, each of which can be removed at any time for good tracking to keep the board going straight like an arrow. Remove the 2 smaller fins and keep the large one if you want a little more responsiveness when turning. Accessories are also very good for this price range. The paddle has a strong blade and is easily adjustable in length. The cover is made of durable material with large, heavy-duty zippers. There is a good paddle line and the necessary repair kit which hopefully you won't need. And perhaps best of all is a pump that offers dual action (both inflates up and down) for faster inflation. It's almost unheard of for boards $100 more than this. My board has a defect: an air bubble under the mat. This does not affect the performance of the board in any way and is really only a cosmetic issue as it is not a leak in the board itself but an air bubble trapped under the bonded soft layer on the surface. I don't really care. The last thing I want to mention is that this board looks very, very cool. I love the unique picture above and my teens are struggling to use the board because it looks so edgy. But that's just the icing on the cake: this SUP offers fantastic value for money. Good quality, performance, style and great accessories at an unbeatable price. Highly recommended.
