I've bought "cheap" markers at $1 stores (where everything is $1) which were much better. The marks had little or no ink. Very dry. They didn't give off any color at all, and if they did, only very faintly. Maybe we got a set that was stored in extreme heat for a long time. Aside from the markers being useless, the case they came in had to be designed to be reusable to store the markers when not in use, just like other sets we've had in the past. We tried putting the markers back in the case they were in. Not easy. If you had two people with three hands each, perhaps the markers could be put back and stored as they were delivered. Don't waste money
