Direct replacement for original pads on 2012 Honda Pilot, quiet operation, high braking performance. Don't forget to clean the hardware and apply some anti-seize to the pad tips and some silicone paste to the caliper guide pins to ensure even pad wear. Some "burnt" smell is perfectly normal during the first 100 miles as the pads "slow down". I used Centric Parts 120.40071 rotors with these pads.
