My neck is a disaster. Fused vertebrae, bone spurs, and herniated discs make sleep painful. I have a very light figure and I'm used to a very low flat pillow. Always sleeping on my side, I saw this unique design and thought I'd give it a try. This is the best pillow ever! As with all new pillows, it takes some getting used to and I even expected some discomfort at first, but was amazed at my ability to throw the old pillow away so easily. This puts my neck in the most painless position, there is no turning back. I use it to relax my neck when I overdo it and after a few minutes I can resume my activity. I usually wake up several times during the night without feeling my hands, but that doesn't happen anymore because I don't sleep on them.
