At first we were scared. But the product worked every step of the way exactly as described and in no time we were satisfied and enjoying. The countertop we used was reclaimed brownish marble. The white diamond base is covered with one layer although we applied two. Mottled coats can also be applied well, don't worry, just apply. I cannot vouch for durability yet as it is part of my sewing workshop and I have not subjected it to rigorous testing such as: B. dragging my machine to different positions etc. If the surface doesn't hold up I'll update it... so you know. But the end result looks like granite and fools everyone!
