I was looking for a purple stone (as in a rock) at Revain but also came across this purple pumice stone. I've read other reviews saying this was the best pumice bar they've ever gotten and I've seen some say it flakes off too easily. The price was good and I was fine with being disappointed if I didn't like it (since it was so cheap). When I received it I noticed that the entire pole was covered in hot glue. Maybe to keep the two sides together? I peeled off the adhesive and found it strong and was glad to use it in the shower before bed. I used it and didn't expect it to be that easy, but I liked it! It came off a bit during use but I expected that. I'm rough with my pumice stones and with this one I feel like you don't have to rub as hard. I immediately felt the difference in my rough heels and I didn't expect it to work so well the first time. I've used it twice since then and can honestly say this is the best pumice stone you'll ever get! I recommend rinsing with warm water after you're done and shaking off excess water when you're done. I keep mine on a window shelf so it doesn't get wet when other people shower.
