I really liked it at first, bought in December 2016. Only 2 years later there were problems. The real mixer is not responding. I connect it. Put the blender jar in and press the button, the light is on but nothing happens. About a 10 minute wait, he trembles and scares me to death every time. And then it mixes so fast and hard I can smell burning plastic. I've tried different outlets in different rooms and it does the same thing, so it's not faulty wiring in the house. I've never done this before. Then the base with the blender blades started to leak heavily. I regularly take out pads and all that stuff. But if you dig deeper and take it apart with screws and remove the springs and plastic - oh my. So much mold and nasty black dirt/trash. My husband cleaned it before I took the picture but wow. I am dissatisfied with this product as I have only had it for 2 years. I do not understand. The biggest advantages of this blender are: A) It turns your food into a puree! Make it as smooth and bring the flavors together to the max! B) it's very fast. C) comes with many portions and cup sizes and an amazing recipe book with a questionnaire to find out what's missing in your diet. D) He makes soup. All in all, the blender is amazing. But it has flaws and I'm trying to figure out if they can be prevented and fixed and if it's worth the time. If I can figure it out I can use a refund for a replacement, but I'm considering other options.
