The software has enabled us as an organization at large in our day-to-, everything from managing vendors; through customer support with billing issues & payments made by clients - this service is simply outstanding! There's never any complaints about not being able tp contact them when there are problems. If I had anything negative that i wanted other people reading they would be told immediately so please look into getting your own team or individual if u find you cant get enough outta vgs platform!! We used VPNs for multiple departments within my work environment however we couldnt have continued unless someone found something better than what was available before which wasn't much. VGS has been a game changer in the security space. I have seen a huge improvement in the security posture of our organization.The ease of use and the way they have made the product available to the users is exceptional. The customer support is also excellent. I have not found anything that I dislike about the product. We are solving our compliance and security issues at one place. We are able to have a single view of our data and compliance.
