Initially, the device comes in two packages. The outside door in one and the heater in the other. Both were very well packaged and protected. Now the surprise is that the device is tiny! The mounting flange fits perfectly into the bore of a 10 gallon Suburban. I had to check the packaging to make sure everything was ok. OK, it is. I simply machined the hole to accommodate the smaller flange and proceeded with the installation. There is no hardware to attach the cover to the unit but I needed an extension line for the cold water inlet so no big deal I used 8 stainless steel mounting screws. , washers and nuts. Minus one star for hardware without hardware and minus one star for no controller wiring. The first fire, within 2 seconds of opening the faucet, caught fire and within 3 seconds reached the burner temperature. Turn on the faucet and close it for 3 seconds. Worked great for a few loads of laundry, washing dishes and wife took a 20 minute shower. First day I love it! I'll give him some time and see if I feel I can wholeheartedly recommend him.
