These brush heads are a little different from the old ones I had. I usually buy them in bulk and then use what I bought within a year or two. The design inside looks a little different and the movement of the brush head is more powerful. It's still top notch. soft bristles well made smooth plastic but I can see where some people might think this is a non genuine product. The quality is still noticeable, but the manufacturing facility may have changed. Very happy with the purchase at a good price.
