Great quality system & great customer service!!
I like how easy it is for me as an estimator/supervisor or foreman to input all my information into this system so i can see what we are doing at any given time - not having several different systems running around making sure everything gets done right! There isn't anything really bad about qestconcretesystem-it's very user friendly & they have been great working wtih us over these last few months getting things set up correctly before our first pour date was even approaching!! We use QESTConcrete System mainly because there aren’s many other options out here locally where you could get your own computerized batching program but if something were ever needed down the road who knows? Not much dislike yet though only used product maybe once every couple weeks when some problem arises from one employee messing them selves too hard lol.
- It has made scheduling easier, keeping track more convenient with less errors in entering data etc.
- Allows employees access without problems being deleted by mistake which happens sometimes using excel spreadsheets..& gives everyone accurate info instead.It also makes reporting super simple compared ot previous methods that would take forever just tryingto enter numbers manually onto paper work sheets (even tho those do still exist today).They've kept their promises since day 1!!! Everything works exactly according
