I used to drink a lot of protein shakes while lifting weights 10 years ago and recently decided to buy them again for a quick breakfast. I was surprised that many of my old favorites now use stevia. I can't use stevia, it causes nausea and headaches. Then I found this one. It's VERY easy, and that's okay. I just add almond milk and a tablespoon of maple syrup. If I had been more ambitious and pulled out my blender, it would have blended perfectly with some berries or bananas, but I'm not there yet. Highly recommend if you want stevia free protein powder. I wish this company made more of these flavors than vanilla and chocolate, but I can work with that.
