Review on peopleHum by Alex Smith

I like that it's able to keep track of all my employees' information in one place so easy access from anywhere at any time. It also allows me as an employer to create different types of reports which helps with keeping up to date records about our staffs performance. There are some features i dislike such as you cannot sort by job title or department within payroll section when creating employee report cards etc. Some things can be improved but overall this product has been great! We've used Peoplehum since we started working together back around 2016/2017. The benefits have helped us manage HR issues better than other software out there on market. This includes hiring process, onboarding processes, managing leave requests, holiday payouts etc.
