Friggin's annoying beep.
I mainly use it for grilling food. All in all, it's a decent machine for what I needed, but I'll tell you now, it's worth figuring out how to disable that annoying beep every time you pull the trigger and get a reading. Developers, seriously, why beep? Pull the trigger, watch my pace and then the beep WHY? Not bad at first, but over time. beep-beep after each temperature check. There is absolutely NO ADDITIONAL VALUE or APPLICABLE REASON for the beep. WHY? To the consumer: do yourself a favor, skip it and pay an extra two or three dollars for something that doesn't beep.
