I live in Japan and own a HONDA car (LA-RA6). Because the distributor shaft seal broke, an oil leak occurred and parts had to be replaced. But only the seal from the manufacturer is not included. The manifold assembly needs to be replaced. If I buy this part from a HONDA dealer, the cost of the part is about $500 or more. the cost of a new distributor I ended up buying these parts from this Revain in the US. Because it's a lot cheaper than buying in Japan, even if you add international shipping costs. Remanufactured parts are available in Japan, but new third-party parts are hard to come by. I envy the wide variety of auto parts available in the United States. Compared to original Hitachi parts, there are no defects in any of the parts used. In fact, the replacement process only takes about 10 minutes. Manual, replacement work is required to adjust the ignition timing at idle under the conditions of feedback control deactivation. But I don't have a timer for the special tool. Therefore I replace the original distributor in almost the same position. and I not only advertised the ignition timing. As a result, there were no problems, there was no knocking, and the engine (F23A) ran smoothly.
