Knife length 11 feet (end to end), cutting blade length 6.5 inches. . It has an ergonomic wooden handle that fits comfortably in the palm of your hand when cutting. The blade is sharp enough to cut nice thin slices of onions, tomatoes and fruits. (I haven't used it for meat but I'm sure it will work fine). The blade of the knife is curved. I've never used a knife of this shape or an ergonomic knife, but as I mentioned, it worked well. I just wish he was taller than me. I'm used to slicing and chopping with big knives, but this should work for those who don't like big knives. I have a relative who prefers small knives.
