Diffuses light everywhere but only where you need it

I give it 2 stars for brightness but they scatter my fog lights everywhere. The problem is that my fog lamp lenses, like most, are designed for incandescent bulbs, so they expect the light source to be a small, concentrated filament that is at the specified focal point. So it doesn't matter how bright the light source is, if it's not exactly where it's supposed to be, the light will go everywhere but where you want it focused. Not only is there weak ground where needed when the light is diffused, the fog in front of you also lights up, which also bothers oncoming motorists. It's also worth noting that the temperature of the light (using the term light color or frequency) is too steep to be used for fog lamps, where a warmer tone is better perceived by the human eye in foggy conditions. I really wanted this to work, but had to go back to traditional halogens.
