Review on Enhance Your Sewing Experience with Simthread Polyester Embroidery Machine Sewing Thread by Nicole Mcleod

I bought it last year but couldn't use it. I just unpacked it and started doing a little FMQ when I noticed from time to time that the thread only tears into fibers. Upon closer inspection, I found that the problem only occurs when the line is being pulled from the bottom of the spool. It looks like the line was wound twisted on the spool, but since it's wound crosswise I can't easily pull the damaged area out. It was expensive thread but terrible quality. And I don't know how to contact the seller because the return period has expired.
