offnova heat press 9x9

Tried to press a vinyl iron, the heat press manual recommended 350 degrees for 30 seconds, I did it twice and the vinyl didn't get hard so I used my regular iron, will try next Set a higher setup and do another heat press check. The fabric was 100% cotton so I don't know why it didn't work as per their recommendation in the chart.
