Not too tight, very thin, perfect for dresses
We wear them as shorts "under a dress or a skirt”. This is a very thin material, similar to a soft t-shirt, not adult cycling shorts if that makes sense. I wouldn't necessarily let my daughter wear them as shorts as some colors are quite see-through. But they are perfect for what we use them for!
