Very high quality upgraded kettle vent. Easy to install and works way better than others I've tried in the past. There was a brief period of rapid venting and then within 10 minutes all splashing stopped and all air was purged from the system. It looks like the boiler's other valve vents will only last a few months before clogging and leaking again. . This valve works on a slightly different principle, using a float in a closed chamber. I suspect this should continue throughout this season and based on my research should continue for a number of years. I cross my fingers
