The lens was bought several years ago for use on Sony mirrorless cameras through an MS-11 adapter. At that time, it was the most optimal configuration of available and compatible compact lenses up to 400mm. Didn't use it often, but once gave it a two-week African safari ride. I can say that the lens is very sharp. Focusing speed is not the fastest, but suitable for photography. Nice picture. Of the minuses, I drew attention to the chirping of the motor in the video shooting mode. All the same, this lens is not very well suited for mirrorless cameras, since they recently released a specially adapted mirrorless version, which had to be upgraded. The operation of the stabilizer in mode 1 also raises a question. Somehow, neither this nor that, even in situations of shooting from hand to the horizon, while standing steadily on the ground. It's easier to immediately turn on 2 and forget. But in general, the lens feels very confident in the category of compact and lightweight telephoto lenses up to 400mm. Perhaps, on Kenon DSLRs, he behaves differently.
