Review on 7-8 Inch Natural Sea Sponge with Wool by Chelsea Hicks

At first glance I was glad it was the right size. I've seen many reviews of other brands that were tiny in comparison and possibly synthetic. This is not a bleached, perfectly light yellow sponge. I am not against it. There are areas with a darker caramel color. In general, the sponge is golden brown in color. It's not synthetic! Although it's definitely from the sea, I didn't smell ANY odor when I opened the package. After wetting the sponge, I only smell the faint odor of salt water unless I poke my nose directly into it. I personally don't want to have a bleached sponge on my body. So I'm very excited so far. In terms of durability, it feels much stronger than I expected but gets very soft when wet. I'm excited to see how long this will last with proper care and use on my mud pack clients. While I think I'll order another one for the shower at home! Good product!
