*UPDATE AUGUST 27* I went through their tech support process at the end of which they give you a case number and you prompt to call during business hours which I've been trying to do since 8am. I keep getting a busy message "Sorry, all channels are busy, please try again later". It is now almost 10:30 am. How can I recover my files if I can't contact the company?! - Bought on July 22nd, today is August 26th. Took a month and a few days. I'm a freelancer and I don't have enough space on my computer to store all the files I save and work on. Now I don't have the files I created for my clients anymore. This is a HUGE loss to my income and my customers' ability to reuse or update previous designs. Deeply disappointed. No computer I connect it to recognizes this device anymore. I have 4 other external hard drives, one from 2006, ALL STILL WORKING AS CHAPMS. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT unless you want to waste years of your life panicking, not being able to do your job properly and missing out. Deadlines trying to sort this broken thing.
