The support team is really helpful, they are always there when you need them. I also like how it integrates with Slack. It's easy to use for small teams. There is a bit too much going on at times. Notifications can be hard to read sometimes. There is an option to have different chat rooms that you can access separately. This feature would make things easier. We were looking to integrate our internal messaging system with Slack. When we first tried it we realized how much work it was to get it working smoothly with their API. As a small business, we don't have enough resources to do this ourselves. It is easy to use, it is available in both cloud and software as a service model, and can be accessed from any device and browser. I don't have anything that I dislike about 123 Flash Chat. It's been a great solution for our needs. It has been very simple to set up, integrate with our CMS, and customize. The support team is also very responsive. It's a good solution for us because we are able to deliver messages via multiple channels without having to pay for additional services.
