Day 1 - Wurkkos WK20

Day 1: Delivered on 09/12/2019. First thoughts out of the box, solid, thick, feels heavy, nice and bright, easy to switch between settings, carvings appear to be machined to tight tolerances, looks well built. I bought it to replace the Tovatec 260 which was twice the price and submerged in 90 feet of water 14 months after purchase. I prefer Tovatec's ribbed structure, but Tovatec is too thin for my taste. The weight and girth of this lantern fits my hand better. Would like more textures for the grip. TBD whether it will be a minor or major factor in the dive. The lamp head is sealed and cannot be disassembled. The only part you can/can take off is the battery cover, which is a good thing. I removed the battery cover to get to the battery, the cover fits well and tightly. Double O-rings for water sealing. There was no silicone on the o-rings or threads so I added it before reassembly. Attached to the included leash, the leash is quite long (12 inches) and has a rubber tube for wrist comfort, like most other dive lights. 2 spare O-rings, leash, instructions, packaging bubble wrap. * I plan to update this review after a few dives and hopefully a year after purchase.
