Do not buy unless you have unlimited patients

Received this yesterday. instructions sucks. Connected to my iPhone very quickly. I used 1/2 roll of masking tape to print 1 label. From the ease of putting it together, this thing was nothing short of a headache. It's just not suitable. I can't figure out how this got to the ratings it has. I'll send mine back as soon as possible.
