I was skeptical about this pillow at first but...
I was skeptical about this pillow at first but I have to say it's worth the money (of which very few exist). You can adjust it to your liking to sleep on it smack in the middle, on your side, or under your arm. I had severe neck/shoulder pain pulling on my ribs due to the tightness and within a week of using this pillow it was gone. If you suffer from neck and shoulder pain, $20 isn't much to try and see if it works!
