This was my first pair of sketchers of any kind. I want to like them as right out of the box they were very comfortable. However, after my 4th day (12 hour shifts) of wearing them, I developed huge blisters on both the top of my big toe and the base of the same big toe. It was only on my right leg. Also on the third day, I noticed that the stitching at the top of the toe on both shoes was beginning to unravel. In terms of comfort they are very light and comfortable but I don't know how/why I got blisters. I've never had calluses from shoes. The laces were tight and the fit was good, just something was wrong with my right foot. My left foot was 100% comfortable for the 5 days I wore them. After 4 days off, which was supposed to be my 6th and 7th day of wearing them to work, I went back to my old boots to give my right foot more time. Treat. That day I noticed that the colleague who replaced me during the shift was wearing the same shoes. I wished him luck and warned him about my blisters and split stitches. I'm curious how he feels after wearing them for a week. I probably wouldn't recommend or buy Sketcher again. I would return them if I could. I guess I'll use them for another pair of garden/garage shoes.
