Excellent customer service.

The monitor worked fine for a while, but then the HDMI cable didn't work. Nor's customer service sent me a set of two replacement ribbon cables and everything worked again. I have spare cables just in case. It only took about a week or so from China and for free. I can't thank them enough. :)
