I like everything about lead scoring!! The ability to see exactly where you stand, how close or far off your goals may be! We can adjust our filters as we go along in order for us to find new opportunities that match up with each of ours customer needs- Our team loves this feature. Nothing at all really bad about it though. This system makes sense; its easy enough to use & understand if used correctly. It is a bit complicated when using more than one filter option but once familiarized w/it we get over any initial learning curve bumps. There's nothing else out there right now. For us as an organization trying to figure out which accounts should receive specific services from ourselves, this tool has allowed me to set my own priorities so much easier then just guessing.
