I like that we can easily access our data from anywhere via mobile app or web portal! It is easy to navigate within each module & it's very user friendly!! Sometimes you want more customization so be prepared for some learning curve but once again - not much at all (except in customizing your own layouts). The support team are awesome too as they will help walk through any issue/concerns if required with ease of communication over email etc., great customer service which has never been an area where HRLab excel before now. We've used this software since 2014 when using multiple platforms i would say its one best platform out there currently due their ability to integrate various systems such as Payroll into 1 solution allowing us seamless management throughout every department! Our recruitment process have become smoother than ever having everything under same roof, no longer do employees need to jump between different applications just search them up instead :) Highly recommended product by my colleagues who also work across other departments including payroll processing / salary administration areas. Integrating several modules together seamlessly without creating redundancies while keeping track of employee information along side The best thing about this platform is that it allows you to manage all your employees data in one place. It's also easy to use. I don't like anything at the moment. There are no complaints or dislikes as of now. This software has been very helpful for me since it helps me keep track of my employees and their work schedule. It has helped me organize my time better.
