I bought this laptop thinking it was brand new and when it arrived the battery wasn't holding a charge. I left it plugged in for a day and the laptop died after being unplugged. I returned this product and was charged $50 for the restocking. What I don't understand is how I am responsible for all charges when it is a faulty product that was DOA. It's not my problem and it's not a product I'm selling. This seller also gets a 0 for customer service.
