This massager is great for the balls of my feet and heels. Small changes in where I put my feet change the pressure depending on what more I want. The problem is that it doesn't hit my bows. Maybe my arches are above average, I don't know, but as long as I can feel a slight movement in them, it's not a useful massage. This is not a comfort massager, it's quite painful, just what I was looking for; That means he's doing a good job. I ordered a competitor's car of similar design for $10 less. It massages my arches well. I returned this product, left a competitor!
