Unfortunately, this cream turned out to be just as terrible as Nair for my sensitive skin. I bought this cream after seeing it had such good reviews for sensitive skin, even underarms and bikini area. I have coarse hair that I can never fully remove and these are my big insecurities so I was hoping this would help. I have followed all the instructions. I put a trial patch on my arm and after 5 minutes everything was fine. Not much hair fell out but I have coarse hair so I expected it. I decided to go ahead and use it on my armpits and damn it burned out. I had to take it off after 4-5 minutes because the pain was unbearable. My armpits felt like they were on fire. My hair didn't fall out and I had a terrible and painful rash that lasted almost 4 days. The pain itself lasted 2 days out of 4. During this time I couldn't shave or use any underarm products, including deodorant, because it burns my skin too much. In terms of smell it is much better than Nair while you are using it but then within 2-4 days my armpits were swollen and burning, I could smell the product and it smelled exactly like Nair just not as strong.
