I only used it once, but it seems perfect for mid-distance workouts.

I can tell it's going to be my go-to running pack already because I can hardly tell I'm wearing it, but there are some things I'm not a fan of.-Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but the flow rate of the nozzle is not good.-The bag could use some bungee straps on the outside of the back to hold a shirt/rain jacket or something.- I wish the zipper for the drink tube area went all the way and fully separated so it wasn't necessary to fish the nozzle through the awkward hole.-The clip that holds the drink tube needs to hold the tube better, and the clip needs to stay on the strap better (already fell off once).
