My husband is gluten and dairy free. I pretty much gave up baking because I couldn't get the product I was baking out of the muffin pan. Gluten-free baked goods stick terribly to the pan. But with those little pearls, the muffins I made turned out amazing! And the silicone mold slipped off immediately, which is very easy to clean. To wash, I turned the molds inside out and let them soak a little, then washed them individually. Not difficult but takes a little time. I decided not to risk washing them in the dishwasher. I look forward to trying them on custom egg casserole "cupcakes" for my grandkids. I think they turn out great and don't stick to the pan. I also used regular muffin cases. They work equally well.
