The integration with Salesforce, ability to use their API's and access data from multiple sources in one place. I wish they had more integrations available like Zapier or other platforms that would allow you to do some of your own custom workflows. Would love if there was an option to get notifications when someone submits something through our app so we can be notified immediately rather than waiting until it hits our system. This allows us to react quickly to issues before they become big problems. We are able to track all aspects of customer service interactions using this platform allowing us to see everything at once instead of having to go back and forth between different systems.
