Review on Denso Radiator: Optimal Heat Dissipation for Efficient Engine Cooling by Eric Basler

I read another review of Denso radiator packaging and I was concerned. This one came in the original packaging and had that styrofoam with a vacuum on each corner. The radiator has been insulated from the box on all 6 sides and the transmission nipples have been safely removed from the box. It also came with a 0.9 bar radiator cap. The OEM rating for the 1998 Accord 2.3L is 1.1 bar. I ran it briefly with the 0.9 bar cap on and found the coolant was boiling too easily into the expansion tank and my temp was a few degrees Celsius higher than expected. I bought a cap for 1.1 bar and everything is fine.
