We had a total of two such devices. Tried them on multiple cars just said they weren't supported when trying to create regions on all of them. Call your tax office, which is inadequate at best. Nobody there knows anything about the product they got me to update the unit which took us 2 hours to finish and had tried it on 6 other trucks and still said what on everything You are not supported trying to do anything other than read the code, it will clear the codes but it won't do anything else the program says it will do, don't buy it
